One-to-one and Couples therapy
Together, we will explore the feelings, emotions and impact events have had on the way you experience day-to-day life.
Asa is a BACP ACCREDITED Psychotherapist, A QUALIFIED MEDIATOR AND AN NLP COACH
Welcome! Something’s brought you here.
Maybe it’s research. Maybe it’s curiosity. Or maybe you’re ready.
Ready to take the courageous steps towards turning down the external noise.
Ready to reflect on your journey and begin to process it.
Looking at your past and working through it can be tough. It’s often much easier to keep living out the same unwanted patterns, making the same mistakes, and being the person others expect you to be.
Together, we’ll work through things, reframe them, and help you make peace with your past. In letting go, you create the space to grow and to become the person you were always meant to be.
Are you ready to become that person?
To build the best version of yourself, one layer at a time?
IN 2024 AND 2025 Asa was named Psychotherapist of the year
CONNECT
We will create and maintain deep psychological contact within a relationship built on trust and respect. The space provided is non-directive, non-judgemental where you can resolve your inner conflict.
PROCESS
Therapy sessions will help you reflect on your day-to-day processing, when that processing developed and how it impacts on your life. Our sessions will help you develop an awareness of your patterns and their impact.
ACTUALISE
Unlike ‘coaching’ or a CBT approach, you will be empowered to find your own way towards achieving a more complete, fulfilled version of you where you can achieve your true potential.
Couples Therapy
Relationships are tough. Really tough.
We meet, connect, love and then….. change.
Situations change, dynamics change and, ultimately, relationships change.
It can be hard, adapting and growing together continuing to move in the same direction when everything else around you is moving too.
From the inside, we can get lost in the day-to-day challenges and lose sight of what made the connection so special.
The pathway back to that place may not be as complicated as it might feel.
Together, we will talk things through, help you understand how you got here, and help you find your way back to that special connection you once had.

What to expect
In therapy, you will have the space to talk through the challenges you’re facing. I’ll listen carefully and ask questions that help you go deeper, looking beneath the surface. Together, we can reframe things, creating a fresh perspective that allows you to let go of the beliefs holding you back. You’ll feel empowered to take control of your own progress, having developed the confidence to make decisions and set boundaries.
Little by little, you’ll start to become the bets version of yourself.
The person you were always meant to be.
Are you ready to become that person?
