About Asa

Combining my lived experience with the core principles of happiness helps me deliver unique keynotes, powerful workshops and impactful psychotherapy sessions.

Before The Process, I spent 15 years in central London—living a successful, fast paced life on the surface whilst silently battling mental health challenges, ADHD and self sabotaging at every opportunity. On my journey, I have been fortunate enough to experience a wide range of cultures when living in South America and Asia. These adventures gave me a broad understanding of the challenges people face in different cultures, enabling me to bring elements of both western and eastern philosophy into my work.

I create spaces where people can take off the mask and be genuine. Where you can feel safe being vulnerable and admit that sometimes, life is tough. I help people find their way back to their authentic self—without performance, perfectionism, or resentment.
